Good cause for 2021

Each year we support a charity or Non Profit organisation by providing some probono support to help them meet a specific need. In 2021 we worked with Derventio, a fantastic organisation that provides an array of support to homeless people across Derby and neighbouring communities. Our work included an evaluation of its “Parade of Banners” project funded by Arts Council England. The project used creative arts as a vehicle to bring people together in a supported environment and work as a team to create their own piece of artwork – a banner to be displayed at various community events. This helped them learn new skills but perhaps more importantly, gave them a sense of pride and achievement and provided a boost to their self-esteem.
